• How do I manage my subscription?

  At present, you can’t manage your subscription online, but this feature will be available soon. In the meantime, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact us page

• How do I cancel a subscription?

  Although we hope you love receiving a Match of the Day subscription, you have the option to cancel your auto-renewal at anytime. Please log in, go to the 'My account' area and select cancel subscription under 'Subscriptions'. Please note, you will only receive a refund if you cancel within your 14-day cooling off period. For our full cancellation terms, please visit Terms & Conditions.

• When will I receive my first copy?

  Once your subscription is set up your first copy will arrive within 4-6 weeks. When choosing a gift subscription you can select your start date (allowing you to time when your gift recipient will receive copies from).

• What age range is Match of the Day magazine for?

  Match of the Day Magazine is designed for football fans aged 7–14, but plenty of older fans love it too.

• How often is it published?

  It’s published every two weeks, packed with new content in every issue; special issues include trading cards.

• Do I still get inclusions like trading cards?

  Yes! Subscribers get the same great gifts as shop-bought issues, including trading cards throughout the season.

• Is it Premier League–only?

  No — while the Premier League is a big focus, the magazine also covers major tournaments and other competitions that matter to fans. Our quiz and activity pages are among the most popular sections, as our audience loves to test themselves and their family members. Many features are interactive and regular sketch challenges see our email inboxes go crazy with hundreds and hundreds of reader drawings. • I bought a magazine subscription on buysubscriptions.com, how does this affect my account and access to Match of the Day?

  From the 18th September you will no longer be able to access magazine subscriptions on buysubscriptions.com

  Your existing subscription will not be affected by this change and your account is secure. The only action you need to take is to register directly with Match of the Day so that you can manage your account online.
